Studio Policies

Please read all policies prior to booking any appointment at Brow and Beauty Ink

​

No Unaccompanied Children

Due to the nature of our detailed services and Health Department Regulations, we kindly request that you arrive without unaccompanied children. Pets are not allowed.

Touch-Ups

Your first touch-up appointment can be scheduled for a date no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session, this touch-up appointment is crucial for the best results! After care packages are provided after your first session. 

 

Existing Tattooed Eyebrows

Please contact us prior to scheduling an appointment if there is previous tattoo work on the eyebrows.

Payment Policy

Brow and Beauty Ink accepts all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash (exact), Cash App, and Venmo. No personal checks or money orders. All tattooing appointments do not require a deposit to schedule an appointment; the entire balance will be due upon service completion.

​Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, a 30% booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. You may contact us by phone, voicemail, or email. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Arrivals later than 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply.

For Groupon Clients:

This applies to Groupon clients who have purchased a voucher. A REFUNDABLE 30% deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be returned at the time of service or may be applied as a credit toward your next visit. If you fail to show up, cancel, or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

There will be no exceptions to this policy. By booking your appointment with Brow and Beauty Ink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Harassment and Inappropriate Behavior

Brow and Beauty Ink is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all staff, clients, and guests. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or personal insults

  • Uninvited physical contact or entering restricted areas without permission

  • Aggressive, confrontational, or disrespectful language

  • Behavior that makes any staff member feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable in their work environment

  • Refusing to follow studio policies or staff instructions

 

Any individual who engages in this type of behavior will be immediately asked to leave and permanently banned from future services. Depending on the severity of the situation, law enforcement may be contacted.

 

Right to Refuse Service
Brow and Beauty Ink reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time, including but not limited to no-shows, excessive cancellations, disrespectful behavior, or violations of studio policies. Our priority is to maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all clients and staff.

Refunds

There are no refunds for any service at Brow and Beauty Ink
