Studio Policies

Please read all policies prior to booking any appointment at Brow and Beauty Ink

No Unaccompanied Children

Due to the nature of our detailed services and Health Department Regulations, we kindly request that you arrive without unaccompanied children. Pets are not allowed.

Touch-Ups

Your first touch-up appointment can be scheduled for a date no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session, this touch-up appointment is crucial for the best results! After care packages are provided after your first session. 

 

Existing Tattooed Eyebrows

Please contact us prior to scheduling an appointment if there is previous tattoo work on the eyebrows.

 

Important Microblading Information

Healed results will vary with each individual client; no guarantees can or will be made. Additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality services, many factors can result in a less then desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

MICROBLADING RESTRICTIONS APPLY IF UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Pregnant/Breastfeeding

History of keloids

Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

Diabetic (doctors note required)

Any medical conditions or medications that comprise the immune system

Viral infections/diseases

Undergoing chemo (have to wait at least 1 year)

If you take ANY medications or have ANY medical concerns, please email us to verify If you qualify for a microblading treatment prior to booking.

*All clients must be at least 18-years of age in order to receive microblading treatments. We reserve the right to verify age with identification.

 

Payment Policy

Brow and Beauty Ink accepts all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash (exact), Cash App, and Venmo. No personal checks or money orders. All tattooing appointments do not require a deposit to schedule an appointment; the entire balance will be due upon service completion. 

 

​Cancellation Policy

While we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient services are a must to provide outstanding customer service. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible.

 

For all SPMU appointments, a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment; we ask that you please call; leaving a voicemail, text, or email is sufficient. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48-hours prior you will charged $150 for a late cancellation to the card on file. The full balance of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file for no-show, no call clients. 

 

All other beauty appointments require a 24-hour notice cancel to cancel reschedule your appointment. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours prior you will be charged 50% of the service fee. The whole cost of the service will be charged if you cancel without giving any notice or fail to show up for your appointment. 

 

A 15-minute grace period is provided for each appointment. If your anticipated arrival time exceeds the grace period, you will be asked to reschedule. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will be considered a no-show client.

 

There will be no exceptions to this policy. By booking your appointment with Brow and Beauty Ink you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Cancellation Policy.

 

Refunds

There are no refunds for any service at Brow and Beauty Ink
