Lash game strong: where smart meets stunning
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent strands attached to your natural lashes, enhancing their length, thickness, and darkness. The aim of lash extensions to create a polished look for your eyes without relying on mascara or additional eye makeup.
Lash Refill Policy and Aftercare
To maintain the quality, fullness, and longevity of your lash extensions, clients must have 40%-50% of their lashes remaining at the time of their refill appointment. Anything less than 50% will be considered a full set and priced accordingly. This ensures that your artist has adequate time to restore your lashes to a full, even, and beautiful appearance.
Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to preserve your lash line and prevent excessive shedding or gaps. Clients must arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, mascara, oils, or buildup to ensure proper bonding and retention. During your appointment, your technician will evaluate your lash retention and determine whether the booking qualifies as a refill or requires a full set. It is recommended to receive a full set after 4-5 refills to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of the natural lashes.

Please Note: Arriving with less than 40–50% retention or outside the refill timeframe may automatically convert your service to a full set. These policies protect our technicians’ time and ensure every client leaves with the consistent, beautiful results Brow and Beauty Ink is known for.

The Lash Correction Service is designed to adjust or refine work completed by a Brow and Beauty Ink technician. Eligible clients may schedule this service within 48 hours of their original lash extension application.

Aftercare

-
Avoid saunas, steam rooms and hot steamy showers. Advise that 24 hours after the eyelash extension treatment, your client should avoid saunas, steam rooms and hot steamy showers as this can affect the adhesive bond on the lash and risk poor lash retention.
-
Do not rub the eyes or pull extensions. This will damage, not only the eyelash extensions, but the natural lashes too! It will also lead to poor retention.
-
Avoid direct heat. Advise those clients who like to cook that it’s important to avoid direct heat, such as standing in front of a hot oven etc. Also for clients who smoke - advise them to be careful around lighters as the PBT fibers in eyelash extensions is extremely sensitive to heat.
-
Avoid oil-based products. Your client should stay away from any oil-based products. We don’t only mean mascara, but oil-based face moisturizer, cleanser, and any other makeup near the eye area.
-
Avoid mascara at all costs. If you have lash extensions, you must avoid mascara altogether (even water-based ones) as not only can it affect the shape of your beautiful fans, but it can also potentially damage your extensions, as well as your natural lashes due to the excess weight.
-
Brush lashes daily. Brushing lash extensions keeps lashes neat, tidy and separated - avoiding that clumpy, unnatural look, and leaving them to look natural for longer.
-
Clean lashes regularly. Make sure clients are cleaning their lashes regularly - at least once daily, once when they wake up and once before they go to bed.
-
Regular infills. Make sure to get regular infills every 2-3 weeks - this is a must if you want to keep your lashes looking gorgeous for longer, and in great condition.
